Mother's Day Dinner at HUE Dining
Enjoy a special Mother's Day set dinner menu with full views across Victoria Harbour.
A 4 course dinner menu priced at $880 + 10% per person will be offered for the day - including a gift for Mum valued at $350 HKD per mother.
Guests will first be welcomed with two canapés - Arancini with blue lobster and Toastie topped with Iberico ham, truffle & 24 month Comte.
Choose your starter from Butternut Squash Fondant; Foie Gras ; Tortelli with scallop & tiger prawn or Pigeon served with morel. As for the mains, savour tempting choices such as Atlantic Cod with black mussels; Celeriac Wellington dressed with French mushroom duxelles or MS7 “2GR” Striploin served with Jerusalem artichoke & truffle jus. End the delightful meal with Pavlova topped with gold leaf, passion fruit curd or Apple Financier served with caramel apples on almond cake.
