MAJO’s Mother’s Day Sharing Menu features a selection of sharing tapas including Ibérico cold cuts and cheese; Truffled porcini mushroom croquettes; Squid sandwich served with alioli & piquilo pepper and Gem lettuce topped with Manchego cheese shavings, croutons & cherry tomatoes.
As for the mains, choose from Cauliflower gratin mixed with Ibérico ham, cheese & truffled Bechamel; Slow cooked Ibérico ribs in Spanish marinade& “Panadera” potato; local Seabass with garlic “Refrito” & mushroom Sauce; Slow-cooked egg, Ibérico spread chorizo & fries or Bomba rice, Galician octopus, prawns & seafood stock.
End this delightful meal with the decadent Burnt Basque cheesecake, Almond chocolate cake with hazelnut mousse & lime sorbet to guarantee lip-smacking good.
