Introducing Chef Ramsey Wong. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ramsey first encountered Woolly Pig HK as a young passionate chef in 2013, under the tutelage of Australian chef-turned-dining group owner Chris Woodyard he honed his craft at their French Bistro, before leaving to explore roles as Head Chef with Jason Atherton at Aberdeen Street Social and JW Marriott.   

After eight years away, and development of Ramsey's own creative cuisine. Chris Woodyard and Woolly Pig HK have been thrilled to welcome Ramsey back to Hue Dining as Executive Chef. Within the Hue Dining Kitchen, Ramsey has been able to define his own plates of Modern Australian cuisine with sophisticated techniques he has learned and developed during his career.
