Milk & Cream
In Hong Kong, old fashioned ice cream is rare – usually the brands we see are made using machines that have precise recipes, using bulk flavours, or add chocolate chips, flash frozen and sent to us from another country.
We decided as a restaurant team to re-visit this process, use whole Australia Milk, quality chocolate, add fresh fruit pieces, make ice cream in small batches and see the creamy magic happen.
