Ice cream, food of the young, nostalgia in a cup.

In Hong Kong, old fashioned ice cream is rare – usually the brands we see are made using machines that have precise receipes, using bulk flavours, or add chocolate chips, flash frozen and sent to us from another country.

We decided as a restaurant team to re-visit this process, use whole Australia Milk, quality chocolate, add fresh fruit pieces, make ice cream in small batches and see the creamy magic happen.

Each of our stores has a small  machine.  We make ice cream the old fashioned way  – the ‘honest’ way – in a kitchen with a person creating the creamy flavours.   Our ice cream will melt quicker as its full of natural ingredients, no stabilisers, and super creamy, the results of full cream milk.

Our flavours will be different in stores, as each is made by an ice cream maker who maybe trying a new flavour combos.

We truly  hope you find our ice cream delicious – try them all.  Pick a favourite flavour, everybody loves ice cream and we hope that you’ll fight over whats the best combos.
