Father's Day Dinner at HUE Dining

Enjoy a special Father's Day set dinner menu with full views across Victoria Harbour.

A 4 course dinner menu priced at $880 (+10%) per person. If two people choose the wine match, then Dad will be gifted a L’atelier Du Vin wine decanter with a retail value of $1,300.

Guests will first be welcomed with two canapés Seafood Arancini with sea urchin & lime gel and Toastie topped with Iberico ham, truffle & 24 month Comte. 

Choose your starter from Boston Lobster; French Quail or Homemade Cheese Curd with heirloom beets and hazelnut Dukkha. As for the mains, savour tempting choices such as Patagonia Toothfish with saffron and fennel puree or HUE's Orecchiette with 12 hours of slow cooked tomato sauce or MS7 “2GR” Striploin served with sunchokes & truffle jus. Then end the delightful meal with Opera Cake topped with pistachio Chantilly cream or Hazelnut Dacquoise served with dark chocolate feuilletine.
